This project started with a really rough canvas. The space had been through a few poorly done partial updates over the course of its life up till now.

We started by gutting the entire space back the the studs except for a few walls. This was followed by the installation of completely new mechanicals, HVAC, plumbing and electrical. Once they were done up went the new drywall, down went new floors and then fresh paint through out. Lots of cool tile work provided great accents all through the house.
