Continuing upwards in this three family house the dated and dingy third floor needed a full refresh. Removing the existing carped revealed nice hardwood floors that came back to life with a fresh coat of paint. The kitchen and bathroom got new fixtures and fresh LVT flooring. All of the walls were repaired and repainted.
