The first floor of this beautiful old three family home really needed a complete do over. A funky layout made for a tiny kitchen and a useless hallway that took up much needed space. Many parts of this apartment had to be taken back to the studs or beyond to reconfigure the rooms and repair damage left from previous work. The finished project was a mind blowing transformation resulting from no shortage of hard work and long days.
