Total exterior makeover with an interior revitalization
When I first met this house it looked haunted, smelled horrible and sagged in the middle. A diamond in the rough took, it while to bring around. In the end a picture is worth a thousand words. Removing the old siding revealed the original cedar clapboards. Though they required some repair and replacement it changed the entire look of the building. Once the detailed paint job was completed the house was transformed. Inside the sagging floors were fixed and the interior was stripped back to the bones. Since it was a rental the interior renovation was a bit more modest than the exterior. All new LVT flooring or refinished hardwood gave great feeling underfoot and the complete interior paint job gave it that new car smell.
