Full Renovation: O’Fallon Street

A full cosmetic makeover for this cute little home. Starting with a house that has not been touched in the last thirty years is an interesting place to start, lots of wallpaper, carpet and cigarette smoke. After hanging new drywall and a fresh paint job, the original wood floors got refinished where possible. The kitchen made more sense to go with LVT and that really brightened up the back of the house. Outside a fresh coat of pain and new porch columns updated the tired appearance. Out back eliminating and old carport created a lovely entertaining space.
